SRG (States Representatives Group) - Miroslav Haltuf - full member representing Czech Republic; since April 29. 2015

Miroslav Haltuf has become the chairman of States Representatives Group (SRG) in Shift2Rail Joint Undertaking, which was created on the basis of Regulation 642/2014/EU on July 7, 2014. This is the place where you can learn all the information you and your company could need to eventually get involved in this remarkable European collaboration.

National platform Shift2Rail - created to support at the national level. The Economic Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic has approved ruling for support of Shift2Rail on February 4, 2016. Support from the Ministry of Transportation is also being successfully developed.

SRG (States Representatives Group) - Miroslav Haltuf - full member representing Czech Republic; since April 29. 2015 - chairman of SRG. Reelected in 2017 and elected as Vice chairman in 2019. Monika Jandová from Masaryk University in Brno is the alternate.

Scientific committee (SC) - prof. Tatiana Molková from University of Pardubice, Jan Perner Transport Faculty is a member

Transforming Europe’s Rail System

Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking (EU-Rail) is established by Council Regulation (EU) 2021/2085 of 19 November 2021. It is the new European partnership on rail research and innovation established under the Horizon Europe programme (2020-2027) and the universal successor of the Shift2Rail Joint Undertaking.

Miroslav Haltuf is working as SRG (States Representatives Group) chairman.
Ladislav Řoutil - dean of the Jan Perner’s Transport Faculty at University of Pardubice is a member of the EU-Rail Scientific Steering group.

EU-Rail System Pillar is an essential platform in R&I for interoperability through its Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSIs)
